Mould Inspection Fee of $363. If you require a formal written report with scope of works and site photos it is $88 extra.
If Mould Remediation and Cleaning is Required - onsite work performed from $66-$99 per hour per tech depending on the severity of the mould and type of work involved.
If Mould Surface Sample Analysis Required - Mould Sample analysis to be sent to Lab - $99 for one sample. results take about 3 days.
ATP Test is $27.30
Dehumidifier hire at $110-$165 per day depending on size of unit required.
Air Mover hire at $44 per day
Hepa Filtration System $147 first day and preceding day at $110 per day
Ozone Generator Hire is $440 per day with a minimum charge of $275 for up to 4 hours
Pressure clean, extraction machine (Petrol Truckmount Machine) - $88 per hour
