Steps include:

  1. Emergency Make Safe to property including water extraction, set up of drying equipment and decontamination of air.
  2. Pack-out of Property: Our team will carefully pack your items to take them to our state of the art restoration facility. High value items will be photo inventoried.
  3. Cleaning and Restoration: Restoration of soot covered and mould contaminated items including electronics at our facility using ultrasonic cleaning and industrial washers. Deodorisation of items with Hydroxyl Processor.
  4. Storage until Structural Repairs Complete - Items can be stored in secure storage vaults at our facility until property repairs are being complete.
  5. Items Returned to Original Location -The insurance assessor will be given a report of non-recoverable contents.

Ultrasonics Machine

The ultrasonic tank really speeds up the cleaning process in cleaning fire damaged contents. This saves us time and therefore saves you money. This sustem uses ultrasount and cleaning solvent to clean your items.

Industrial Washing Machine

Different washing formulas used for different soft contents. Our laundry service includes: ozone treatment, cleaning, deodorising, storage and inventory of soft contents including clothes and textiles.

Soft contents such as boots, jackets, leather jackets can be cleaned. Mould, fire, and sewage damage can be completely removed clothes. Use of ATP testing to clearance test cleaned items. Items that can be cleaned:

Ozone Machine

This is the final step in cleaning your smoke affected contents. We place your contents in a specially designed ozone room with the ozone machine set up inside for 4- 24 hours.

A very powerful way to destroy odour. This machine is poisonous if inhaled directly, so the contents deodorisation room needs to be sealed while the treatment is being complete.

For more delicate situations we use a Hydroxyl machine

 

Odorox Hydroxyl Machine

A great machine for removing odour from contents and structures. This machine is used more often for onsite contents deodorisations as a after alternative to ozone.

Very handy for situations where an ozone machine can be too damaging and oxidising for delicate contents.
